What triggers a successful sale during an inbound telephone call?
MÖBIUS conducts the Sales X-Ray research project which is intended to identify the determinants of success in sales calls.

We carried out the Telephone X-Ray research which established the factors that really determine customer satisfaction during a telephone call to a service department. This research delivered very useful information in order to apply resources in a more efficient way and was highly appreciated by the participating research partners. Today we introduce the Sales X-Ray research in which we listen in on 2,500 sales conversations, interview the concerned callers and conduct a scientifically proven analysis on more then 150 factors in order to discover their impact on the success of sale via the telephone.

 The added value for the participating Sales X-ray research partners is the following:

  • Personalised advice regarding:
    - how to turn a customer service department into inbound sales
    - which factors determine the sales success
    - calibration and QM guidelines for trainers and team leaders
  • Analysis of the performance of each research partner in terms of:
    - training effectiveness
    - individual rating of the sales team members
  • Anonymous benchmarking with other research partners
  • Unique combination of satisfaction survey, call content monitoring and benchmarking
