The project aims at:

Extending the state-of-the-art in Supply Chain Management
Answering today's supply chain challenges: globalisation, increased product diversification and shortening product lifecycles.
I mproving the state-of-the-art in statistical forecasting for product introduction/end-of-life
I mproving supply chain profit during product maturity through multi-echelon cyclic planning
Improving product lifecycle management in supply chain planning, through seamless integration of the above improvements over a product lifecycle
