Change 4x4

Eighty-nine percent of improvement projects do not realise efficiency improvements in the long term due to underestimating the "human factor". Although Change Management should never be limited to a project scope, projects should address appropriate attention to the subject. MÖBIÜS uses an integrated approach based on three enablers: change assessments, change best practices and change execution.

Change assessments are the first enabler and create awareness. A burning platform and a thorough understanding are the starting point to enhance change acceptance throughout the organisation. We use our own developed assessment tool to:

  • Identify the levers for change that are crucial to the success of the organisation in general or a specific project in particular.
  • Score the organisation or project team against each of the levers to identify the weak points that could affect success rates.
  • Suggest solutions to enforce changes to the identified levers.

The second change enabler is a framework of change best practices which offers a set of atomic level research-based methods to build both operating procedures and project approaches that catalyse change.

Ultimately, the objective is to stimulate and facilitate change which is intrinsically about people challenging people. Development oriented coaching of all process stakeholders recognises that behaviour is not systemic and use organisational and individual patterns to realise structural change.
